What's the minimum quantity you make?
From one piece – whether it's a single item, a small batch or a recurring order.
What file do you need for a custom-made order?
Ideally a vector file (SVG, DXF, PDF, EPS or AI). No file? A sketch with dimensions is enough to start – we'll handle the rest together.
How long does production take?
After your approval, usually just a few working days – depending on material, quantity and workload. We'll give you the exact date in the quote.
What materials do you offer?
Poplar and birch plywood, Plexiglas®, HDF/MDF, cardboard and felt – plus ready-made wood and household products straight from stock. You can also send us other materials for review, such as acrylic in other thicknesses and colours, plywood from other types of wood, paper, cardboard, card, or felt in other thicknesses.
Can I get products engraved?
Yes – we engrave many wooden products with your logo or lettering. Ideal for promotional items, party favours and gifts.
How do I receive my order?
By DHL, cleanly packed straight from Pößneck – we ship worldwide. Pickup is also possible by arrangement.
Do you also supply businesses, schools or public authorities?
